What (else) can I have... ?

Product range:

How do I order... ?

  • Orders are placed by post or phone, or by email.
  • Debit or credit card payments can be made by calling +44 (0)1844 354450
  • However, we strongly recommend that you contact us by email, telephone or fax before placing your order to ensure that we can meet your order according to your expectations. (We need to ensure feasibility within the limits of the different production methods available, and that we have all the precise details needed to carry out your order to your expectations without delay.)

To complete your order we need to receive from you:

  • The artwork you want to use (see below);
  • Precise details of how you want the artwork used (position, size, etc). The less you tell us, the more we have to guess at what you had in mind;
  • Details of the item or items to transfer the artwork onto: code from the catalogue; colour; size; any other details that may be necessary;
  • Your details;
  • Debit or credit card payments can be made by calling +44 (0)1844 354450

Artwork:

  • Generally, artwork is supplied by the customer.
  • The quality of the final result depends directly on the quality of the supplied artwork. Although we do our best to improve the quality where possible by photo processing, this is subject to time constraints; see the last point in this (Artwork) list.
  • We may be able to assist you in realising certain design ideas, and of course advice as to what is feasible with the different methods available to transfer your final design onto the item.
  • Artwork is assumed to be supplied on disk, or by fax or email. Excessive time required to prepare artwork for printing, due to inadequate quality of supplied artwork, will incur an extra charge for the time taken.

Precise colour matching:

  • For embroidery we have an extensive range of thread colours in stock - if you require an exact pantone colour match we can provide it free of charge.

How (much) do I pay... ?

Payment:

  • Payment can be made by debit or credit card or by cheque drawn on a UK bank account.
  • Debit or credit card payments can be made by calling +44 (0)1844 354450
  • Orders are placed by telephone, post or via e-mail.
  • Carriage is charged at cost.

Digitisation charges (embroidery only):

  • Digitisation is the process of translating a design into an appropriate machine-readable format for use on an industrial embroidery machine. It is not necessary for other processes, or if you can supply the design in the appropriately digitised format.
  • Prices for digitisation start from £25 GBP; £50 GBP is typical. Accurate quotes can only be given on sight of your artwork. Your design will be stored in our library and any re-orders will be free of digitisation or artwork charges - provided the design stays exactly the same. (Minor textual changes may be possible without redigitising, in which case this may be done free of charge.)

When can I have it ... ?

Turn-around time:

  • Normally 7-10 days from receipt of your order.
  • Allow an extra 5 working days for embroidery orders that require digitisation.
  • Faster turn-around times are usually possible, subject to a surcharge.
